This Privacy Policy explains how Khamba ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Khamba admin dashboard to manage your store.

1. Information we collect

We collect account information you provide when signing up (name, email, store name), and store data you enter or that is generated through your use of the dashboard, including orders, products, customers and payment records.

2. How we use your information

• To operate, maintain and improve the Khamba dashboard
• To process orders, payments and payouts on your behalf
• To send you service notifications, security alerts and, if opted in, product updates
• To provide customer support when you contact us

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as payment processors and email delivery services), and only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

4. Data retention

We retain store and account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Account Settings.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and activity logging to help protect your store's data.

6. Your rights
